You Can Vote Early, Too

If you are a registered Pennsylvania voter, you have the convenient option of applying for a mail ballot in person at the Chester County board of elections office, then completing the ballot while there.

Deadline Alert: If you plan to vote by absentee or mail-in ballot in the 2025 MUNICIPAL ELECTION, your completed APPLICATION must be received in the county office by 5:00 PM on 10/28/2025. Your voted BALLOT must be returned by 8:00 PM on 11/04/2025.
