ABOUT
As a lifelong resident of Chester County with 25 years of civil litigation experience right here in the County, I’m deeply committed to this community and have a profound respect for our courts, the law, and public service. Throughout my career, I’ve been a dedicated advocate, always putting my clients’ needs first—a dedication I’ll bring to the Prothonotary’s Office.
As an attorney, realtor, and real estate investor, I’ve built a reputation for integrity, professionalism, and precision. I’m honored to be trusted by clients, colleagues, and business professionals alike for my fairness, open-mindedness, and respectful approach.
My legal journey began at McKissock & Hoffman and grew as I managed their West Chester office, and then Eckert Seamans Cherin & Mellott's. Working closely with the Chester County Court of Common Pleas, I saw firsthand how vital a timely, efficient, and dependable Prothonotary’s Office is to our legal system.
The hardworking staff deserve professional leadership that matches their commitment. As Prothonotary, I will work side by side with them to deliver responsive, reliable, and expanded services to the courts, the bar, and every resident of Chester County.
After stepping back from full-time law practice due to a ruptured brain aneurysm, I remain licensed and active in our community—working in real estate and volunteering on the Westtown Township Zoning Hearing Board. I’m a lifelong resident of Chester County, a proud graduate of Saint Agnes, Bishop Shanahan, Villanova University, and Villanova Law, and an even prouder father of two grown children pursuing their own careers in the area.
It’s time to bring integrity, transparency, and accountability back to the Prothonotary’s Office. I’m ready to serve Chester County with the same professionalism, dedication, and respect that have guided my entire career.
I am proud to be a part of the Row Office team, a team committed to returning common sense and fiscal responsibility to County leadership, placing taxpayers first, and stamping out the patronage system.
